# General settings

In the Settings device menu, you can:

  1. Switch between user accounts.

  2. Enable receiving calls only from the users in your address book.

  3. Enable automatic receiving of incoming calls.

  4. Clear your call history.

  5. Change your ringtone.

  6. Enable receiving messages only from the users in your address book.

  7. Delete your chat history.

  8. Set the ringtone for incoming messages.

  9. Route calls through the server (for one-to-one video calls hosted via the server).

  10. When using TrueConf cloud service, disable address book contact syncing.

  11. Set permissions for your video window to be recorded during a call or group conference. Learn more about this feature in the TrueConf client app user guide.

  12. Manually set the bitrate limitation for the incoming and outgoing streams.

  13. Enable collecting device logs.

  14. View information about your app version.

# Network connection

If required, you can change Ethernet connection settings:

  1. Proceed to Settings → Open system settings.

  2. Select Ethernet menu item.

  3. If the adaptor is disabled, select Ethernet in the wired connection settings section and press OK on the remote control.

  4. Go to Ethernet lp mode to choose your connection type: DHCP (for automatic network connection) or static (for manual network connection).

  5. If you have selected a static connection type, you will see the settings menu with IP address, gateway, subnetwork mask and DNS server parameters.

If you would like to connect to a Wi-Fi wireless network, perform the following steps:

  1. Proceed to Settings → Open system settings.

  2. Select Wi-Fi.

  3. If it is disabled, go to OFF and press OK on the remote control.

  4. Select the preferred Wi-Fi network from the list of available wireless networks and press OK.

  5. Enter a Wi-Fi network password using the on-screen keyboard. If required, you can change default connection settings in the Advanced settings menu item.
